Return Policy

Yes, you can send your product back to us within 30 calendar days

We, at Devcophil want you to be happy and satisfied with all the products you purchased from us.  That is why we warrant that all products we supplied to you are free from material, workmanship and factory defects.

But if you are unhappy with your purchase from us for any reason, the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance accompanied by the original invoice issued by Devcophil during delivery.

Devcophil will replace, credit or refund your account. 

What do you need to do?

  1. “Sign in” if you are already “Registered”

  2. Click “Ticket”

  3. Click “Add Ticket”

  4. In the “Subject” write RETURN ITEMS

  5. In the “message” write the reason(s) and all the products you wish to return citing the Stock No. of the products you purchased.

  6. Click “Send”

Where to send the item?

Please make sure that the items are in original condition and packaging, unopened and unused, unsoiled, undamaged and in re-saleable condition.

For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, clause 11 (Returns).  You will receive confirmation from Devcophil by email.  Our Customer Service will contact you within 3 working days regarding your return request.
